And you will also need a Sagem 9 series cable.

You need to purchase a Username & Password (LOG)

If you are just purchasing a log, be sure to select “Delivery Via Email Only” method.

After downloading the file, unzip all the files to a new folder on your desktop, then run the program and follow these instructions.

1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet, with any firewalls disabled.
2. Run and install the logger "SETUPSG.EXE"
3. Check Com port selection is ok by clicking "Communication" tab.
4. Select the "Server" tab and go down to "Connect"
5. Input the Username and Password given to you by us.
6. Click "OK". The Client will now try to connect to the server.
7. When connected to the server, connect the handset to the cable, phone must be on.
8. Press "Connect" then follow carefully the online instructions.
9. To receive your codes, select "User" tab, then option, "Check log's queue"
10. The code will be displayed. Please allow up to 30mins for codes. You must leave  the program running and the internet ON while waiting for the code.
11. Once you have the codes, write them down, and insert a sim card into the phone     that the phone will not take. i.e.. if the phone is locked to orange, insert a Vodafone simcard.
12. Then turn on the phone and enter the code when prompted.

Your Sagem is now unlocked !
